Other firms are promoting their "New Websites" and claiming to have a significant amount of experience in this field of law. Read their claims carefully and check them out. eg. One firm claims a "Success rate of 92%" but when you read that carefully it states that this is just a "Target"

The lawyer claims to be known as "Mr Technicality" and the site might give the impression that he has been specialising in this area for years with comments like "We are Scotland's Premier Road Traffic Legal Experts" (According to who?) He also states "Our strongest advice is not to approach  high street solicitors for advice" Please disregard this irresponsible nonsense as there are many extremely capable "High Street " solicitors who will do their utmost to win your case. Check the credentials of the solicitor that will deal with your case and ask family and friends for a recommendation. Do not blindly trust a website or advert on the back of a bus!
