Guaranteed Fixed Fee Fees
We were the first criminal law firm in Scotland to offer
"No win, No Fee" arrangements. This is a more expensive
option for our clients but should you wish to receive a fee
quote on a "No win, no fee" arrangement please let us know.
We were the first criminal law firm in Scotland to
specialise exclusively in Road Traffic Law.
We guarantee that we provide our clients with real value
for money and highly experienced representation in court. Fees may seem expensive at first however when we have
completed your case then we have no doubt that you will be
satisfied with how we have dealt with your case and that it
represents very good value for money. A conviction for a road
traffic offence can have long terms financial consequences. Not
just job loss but also the impact on future car insurance
premiums. All factors should be built into your "Costs -v-
Benefits analysis" when instructing the defence of your case.
We are confident that you will be
completely satisfied with how we handle your case and to prove
it, we are willing to give you a GUARANTEE of satisfaction
like no other law firm in the country. If you consider that we
have failed to provide you with a highly professional service at
any time during the course of our engagement then we will re
pay your fee in full.
This is NOT a "No Win, No Fee" agreement. We cannot guarantee
success in EVERY case as all criminal law trials are determined
by many factors and some, such as the "Character" of the
Magistrate or Sheriff cannot be determined by us.
We aim to provide complete transparency in our charging
structure so that you will know exactly what the cost of your
defence will be from the outset and there will be no "hidden
charges or nasty surprises".
We offer a guaranteed fixed fee
whereby a fee will be decided at the beginning of your case
taking into account the complexity of your matter and the court
that your case will call in. Once decided upon we guarantee we
will not charge you any more than this or you can chose to
instruct us at an hourly rate.
Before you decide upon who to trust with
your case. Ask:-
Who will conduct my case?
What experience does the solicitor have?
When did he/she last win a road traffic case?
When was your last successful appeal and what was it ?
How long have you practised law?
Do not be mislead by a flashy website, ask the right
questions and do some research BEFORE you instruct a lawyer.
