Being a freelance driver and part time private
hire with 9 points already on my licence,
getting caught again was the PITS. Thoughts of
loosing my job, no cash, and the forever in
house moaning, even put into thinking about
emigrating !!
BUT ! I thought lets go for it, got in contact
with Roadtrafficlaw. Nothing could have been
more simple, they were always available to take
my queries, nothing seemed to be to much effort,
and lo and behold we got a great result. CASE
ABANDONED.
I can now unpack my suitcase and get life back
to normal.
Just to say thanks to Kirsty and her team, until
the next time. (I HOPE NOT!)
I was as sceptical as every one else, but I
would have no hesitation in recommending this
lot, again thanks.

Having been charged with speeding on the A9 at
105 mph I had no idea how to proceed with my
court summons until I contacted
Roadtrafficlaw.com. I called them up and Graham
Walker explained how the fee structure worked.
It was straight forward advice and I was assured
they would do their utmost to reduce the speed
to a lower penalty as I was facing a ban.
This would have been my worst nightmare as I run
my own business and do a lot of driving as well
as having a young family and everything that
entails. I did shop around for other quotes for
dealing with my case. However it was not about
the money it was all about the reassurance and
the service. Roadtrafficlaw.com provided me with
a fast, professional and thorough service.
Kristy Fergusson defended me and was brilliant.
The case was a long and drawn out. They guided
me through the whole process and with the wealth
of expertise at their disposal. No one could
have done a better job.
I am completely satisfied with the service that
I received, I couldn't have asked for more and I
will always recommend to others. Thank you.

Quick, attentive and efficient service (at short
notice) which resulted in proceedings being
dropped because of a technical defect spotted by
Graham Walker. A very good outcome, achieved
with minimum fuss and maximum effectiveness.
Well worth seeking advice here if you face any
motoring-related legal problem.

With the likeliehood of a possible ban for being
allegedly over twice the speed limit, I decided
to find the services of a specialist lawyer. It
was my good fortune that Google pointed me in
the direction of roadtrafficlaw.com.
Thoroughly professional and absolutely expert in
their knowledge of the law and the system, I
never felt anything other than confident that I
was in safe hands.
A ban would have been a disaster for business
and family life. RTL were able to have the speed
in the complaint reduced to below the level of
an automatic ban. I left the court with my
licence retained, four points and a £200 fine.
I can't recommend them highly enough, if you
need assistance with a road traffic law problem,
there's no point looking anywhere else, these
guys are second to none.

After pleading guilty to a charge of dangerous
driving, mainly due to not understanding fully
the consequences, I received a letter from the
Procurator Fiscal rejecting my plea. I found out
I would be liable for a minimum of 12 month ban,
and should seek legal advice. After speaking
with 2 other firms, both of which were extremely
unhelpful (verging on rude), I called Road
Traffic Law and spoke with Kirstin Ferguson, who
was very helpful and positive about my case. I
met her a day later to discuss my case, and she
immediately pointed out a few problems with the
statement of evidence provided by the Procurator
Fiscal. 2 days later she called to advise that
after speaking to the PF, my case had been
dismissed due to a technicality! Being almost 6
months pregnant and extremely stressed over this
situation, I cant believe its actually over and
can only stress how helpful Kirstin was in
resolving this matter so quickly. I would not
hesitate in recommending Road Traffic Law, and
Kirstin in particular, to everyone.

I thought I had been caught by unmarked police
car as I passed them just as I passed 30mph
limit and was doing 40.I didn't know how long it
would take for police to send NIP so came on to
the Website and asked. Graham replied more or
less right away and the relief of knowing I was
OK was just great. I'd have been worried sick
for months so very very pleased with answer,

Was left literally "Gobsmacked" when Mr Walker
informed me in the waiting area he had convinced
the fiscal to drop the case due to a technical
issue with the evidence. Only spent 25 mins in
court and that was only in the waiting room
awaiting trial. What can I say ...Fiscal did not
even get a chance to say his piece.

I was wrongly accused of dangerous driving and
not understanding the consequences of it, I had
pleaded quilty for the charge. When I realised
the seriousness of the charge I contacted Graham
at Roadtrafficlaw.com. Their personal touch and
attention impressed me from the beginning. All
my emails were replied promptly and I felt I was
in good hands. Not only did they help me to get
the plea changed but I was very impressed how
Kirsty Ferguson managed to negotiate a reduced
guilty plea to careless driving. These guys not
only have the contacts but also the level of
relationships which ensure that my case was
properly heard behind the scenes. I was
obviously hoping to have the whole case
dismissed but I'd suppose miracles don't often
happen. I was very impressed on Kirsty's
meticulous preparation before the the court
hearing and even more so how she conducted my
case at the front of the sheriff. It was a real
pleasure to observe a true professional at work.
Thanks to her and the Roadtrafficlaw team, I am
able to continue working as self employed
management consultant. I cannot do my work
without being able to drive. I am happy with the
outcome and sincerely recommend these guys to
help you if you are facing the wrong end of the
bargain. They are true professionals and know
their business. Many thanks, indeed

Having been wrongly accused of dangerous
driving, Kirsty Ferguson managed to negotiate a
reduced guilty plea to careless driving which,
though still unfair, was more palatable than the
higher charge. I thank her for her attention and
support, and would recommend her to anyone who
finds themselves in such an invidious position.

My current case had dragged on since Jan 15th
2009 until November 9th 2009, when accused I had
just had 3 point deducted off my license, but
still had 7 points current!
I knew I needed to get professional help, only
one choice, Graham Walker(Road Traffic Law)!
I can only say, every minute detail was taken
care of, the office kept me informed of dates
and any changes, Neil MacGregor was defending
me, we had a few adjournments which were from
the other side, might have been delaying
tactics, this made me feel frustrated. Neil
reassured me of the positives, final hurdle 9th
of Nov 09, a full bizarre day in court with an
outcome at 17.25 No Case to Answer!! A great
result, totally surprised me, but obviously
absolutely delighted. Neil had just won the case
hands down!! A totally professional business,
great people and customer care at affordable
prices, great value for money. PS A ban would
have been totally devastating.
Many thanks to all at Roadtrafficlaw.com

Morning, I would like to express my gratitude
for the service provided by your company on
securing a not guilt verdict for my speeding and
172 charge. From the outset your company put my
mind at rest at what was a very stressful time,
the case took over 15 months in it's entirety
and 3 visits to court. All the way through the
proceedings I felt totally at ease I was in good
hands. I particularly would like to thank Ms
Ferguson who defended me in court, she is very
knowledgeable in her field and struck a good
rapport with the court and PF alike.
I was on nine points at the time of my offence
with a potential ban looming, after the court
appearance I drove away my license intact, for
which I am extremely grateful.
Many many thanks RTL and Miss Ferguson in
particular.

Just like to extend my thanks to Ms. Ferguson
and her colleagues at RTL for their help and
assistance with my case.
Having initially been charged on the road side
with careless driving i was shocked and dismayed
to see the papers come through the door a few
months later with the fiscals having up the
charge to that of dangerous driving.
I got in touch with Road Traffic Law and after a
very anxious wait and nervous few months the
case was eventually thrown out before it ever
reached a trial date thanks to the hard work and
professionalism by the people involved with my
case. I am sure without their help i would now
be looking at no license and potentially no job.
