I was really worried about losing my licence as I needed it to keep the job in the area I was in, which would have had a knock-on effect on other areas of my life. Everyone I spoke to at the office was really helpful and I always knew what was going on with my case which I found really reassuring, and I felt that a lot of the pressure and worry was taken off my shoulders knowing that a firm dedicated to road traffic law was dealing with everything for me. I was very happy with the result and would definitely use you again!
— Edward, Lochgilphead
Just wanted to say that these guys are the real deal. You can trust Mr Walker and his team to give you rock solid honest advice. They do not promise the world then fail to deliver. These guys walk the talk unlike some lawyers! I know Mr Walker is in court everyday and is difficult to get hold of but it is worth the effort. I have won 3 cases already with him representing me.
— Tony, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Roadtrafficlaw.com was brilliant - they dealt with everything really well and I got the perfect result. I definitely recommend this firm to others and will be using them again myself if I have any other problems on the road!
— Anthony, Motherwell
My case could not have been handled any better. It really involved damage limitation as I had been involved in some ill judged driving. I have recommended your firm to several other people already but I also wanted to place this on your website to state that I would recommend you guys to anyone charged with a road traffic matter
— John, Dumfries
Having been charged with speeding on the A9 at 105 mph I had no idea how to proceed with my court summons until I contacted Roadtrafficlaw.com. I called them up and Graham Walker explained how the fee structure worked. It was straight forward advice and I was assured they would do their utmost to reduce the speed to a lower penalty as I was facing a ban.
— James, Inverness Justice of the Peace Court
I found Roadtrafficlaw on the internet and what a relief I did. Every aspect of the case handling was exceptional. I was very impressed with the service I received. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to others.
Delighted with the outcome in my case. I would be happy to recommend this firm to others. As a garage owner I depend on my driving licence for my living therefore 3 pp for this offence would have been a major problem. It is great to know I have the backing and the knowledge from someone who knows what he is talking about.
— Ali, Edinburgh Justice of the Peace
I was very pleased with the end result. As a Doctor, any conviction can lead to bureaucratic difficulties with the British Medical Council this firm were able to resolve this case with a plea to a much lesser charge.
— Dr W
Roadtrafficlaw came to my attention on the internet. I am delighted that I discovered them as the advice they provided helped me throughout the legal process. They delivered an excellent all-round service!
I was so impressed with the professional manner in which I was treated.Every part of the legal process was fully explained to me.I was given a clear indication of the parameters we were working within. Most importantly I felt things were in hand and this helped calm what was a highly anxious situation. Most importantly I was fully prepared for my case.
— Danny, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Thanks for the advice you gave me in court on the I9th Feb, the result was the best I could have hoped for.
— Peter, Cumbernauld District Court
I would definitely recommend the services of Roadtrafficlaw to others. They helped me with my case. They knew exactly what they were talking about and they had a strategy which worked. Very good service indeed.
I attended Edinburgh Justice of the Peace court for trial and was met by Mr Walker at the doors of court. He had just finished speaking with the Procurator Fiscal and had pointed out the Crown's evidential difficulties. Fortunately the Procurator Fiscal was able to take a pragmatic view and he decided not to call the case in light of the evidential issues.
— Nick, Edinburgh
Just a short message to say how happy I am about the result in court. It was more than what I expected and I can still now drive taxis and go about everyday life. Thanks again, Great Service and would recommend to anyone.
— David Steele, Edinburgh Sheriff Court
I was recommended to Roadtrafficlaw Solicitors by a colleague. I am happy to report that I thought the service provided was fantastic! The solicitors’ knowledge of the case was excellent. The advice I was given at the outset, is what actually happened. I would give the firm an overall rating of 5 out of 5 and I will be happy to recommend them to others.
We would like to thank everyone who helped with our case. The team are so nice and helpful, they explained all our options in deatail. Everyone hopes they will not need this kind of help, but if you ever need it get in touch with roadtrafficlaw.com.
— Andrew and Susie, Glasgow
Went to Mr Walker after having the misfortune to instruct two other firms before him. Needless to say the other firms did not provide me with any real hope or decent advice.
— Javad, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Thank you for providing me with excellent advice. I am very satisfied with how you handled my case and would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to others. My overall view was that you provide a very professional service that is reassuring and excellent.
— Mr C, Glasgow JP
Friendly, professional and informative. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the case and with the way that I was dealt with.A job well done. No hesitation in recommending these guys. A fantastic outcome for me. Thanks again to all at roadtrafficlaw.com.
— Hugh, Stirling Justice of the Peace
I was wrongly accused of dangerous driving and not understanding the consequences of it, I had pleaded quilty for the charge. When I realised the seriousness of the charge I contacted Graham at Roadtrafficlaw.com. Their personal touch and attention impressed me from the beginning. All my emails were replied promptly and I felt I was in good hands. Not only did they help me to get the plea changed but I was very impressed how Kirsty Ferguson managed to negotiate a reduced guilty plea to careless driving. These guys not only have the contacts but also the level of relationships which ensure that my case was properly heard behind the scenes. I was obviously hoping to have the whole case dismissed but I'd suppose miracles don't often happen. I was very impressed on Kirsty's meticulous preparation before the the court hearing and even more so how she conducted my case at the front of the sheriff. It was a real pleasure to observe a true professional at work. Thanks to her and the Roadtrafficlaw team, I am able to continue working as self employed management consultant. I cannot do my work without being able to drive. I am happy with the outcome and sincerely recommend these guys to help you if you are facing the wrong end of the bargain. They are true professionals and know their business. Many thanks, indeed
— Osmo, Dangerous driving
I was on 9 points and facing a ban which could have had serious implications at my work never mind my family - having 2 young children needing nurseries etc. When charged I was unsure what to do but arranged a meeting to discuss and from that point on Graham and his team put me at ease and gave me confidence all the way through the long drawn out process that i had a case and that i could win it. This is a specialist area and their knowledge and experience means they are in a strong position before you start. A year down the line they managed to get my case thrown out in court so it has worked out the best investment i have made. I would suggest anyone who is charged in a road incident gives them a call - you have nothing to lose and Graham is fantastic.Thank you so much Roadtrafficlaw.com.
— David, Paisley District Court
After pleading guilty to a charge of dangerous driving, mainly due to not understanding fully the consequences, I received a letter from the Procurator Fiscal rejecting my plea. I found out I would be liable for a minimum of 12 month ban, and should seek legal advice. After speaking with 2 other firms, both of which were extremely unhelpful (verging on rude), I called Road Traffic Law and spoke with Kirstin Ferguson, who was very helpful and positive about my case. I met her a day later to discuss my case, and she immediately pointed out a few problems with the statement of evidence provided by the Procurator Fiscal. 2 days later she called to advise that after speaking to the PF, my case had been dismissed due to a technicality! Being almost 6 months pregnant and extremely stressed over this situation, I cant believe its actually over and can only stress how helpful Kirstin was in resolving this matter so quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Road Traffic Law, and Kirstin in particular, to everyone.
— Lynne, Paisley Sheriff Court
Morning, I would like to express my gratitude for the service provided by your company on securing a not guilt verdict for my speeding and 172 charge. From the outset your company put my mind at rest at what was a very stressful time, the case took over 15 months in it's entirety and 3 visits to court. All the way through the proceedings I felt totally at ease I was in good hands. I particularly would like to thank Ms Ferguson who defended me in court, she is very knowledgeable in her field and struck a good rapport with the court and PF alike. I was on nine points at the time of my offence with a potential ban looming, after the court appearance I drove away my license intact, for which I am extremely grateful. Many many thanks RTL and Miss Ferguson in particular.
— G Wilson, Tain District Court
was charged with dangerous driving and a breach of the peace. These are serious charges and people go to jail for them. I went to Graham walker and received a very satisfactory outcome. The service they provided was highly professional and they had a clear and thorough grasp of the law and all that was required in my case. As a result I was found not guilty of the Dangerous Driving charge and I was dealt with by way of a fine. I was very satisfied with that outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Graham and his team at Roadtrafficlaw.com
— Douglas, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Thank you Mr Walker for saving me from a driving ban. I was referred to you by a Sheriff who comes into my restaurant. He said that you were not the cheapest but were the best! He was right although I thought the fee was a bit high at first I soon realised it was good value for money when you told me that due to something in the procedure of the case you were taking the matter to the court of appeal in Edinburgh and it would not cost me another penny. You won the case at the High court and my speeding charge got thrown out of court. Many thanks. I will recommend you to other.
— Waseem, Speeding
Where do I start? Over the 15 months and 7 adjournments of my case I have had nothing but the best of advice and attention from Mr Graham Walker and and his staff. On the day of my trial (24/06/2010 ) I was represented by Miss Ferguson of roadtrafficlaw.com and she was quite simply superb in her handling of the not guilty plea and the two police officers who originally charged me with the offence, in fact to the point I actually nearly began to feel sorry for them as she pointed out their mistakes and totally different stories. As for the firm itself, well you just will not get a better company to deal with, great personal service from all levels of staff employed there, professional to the end. Mr Walker I can well see why you were shortlisted for an award and as for Miss Ferguson she is an absolute star. At the end of the proceedings I was as you might have guessed by now found not guilty. Thanks again to all involved.
— David, Greenock Sheriff Court
I came across Roadtrafficlaw on the internet. They provided excellent legal advice and it was a relief to know that my case was being handled by an expert. They won my case and I will happily recommend their services to others.
Thank you very very much. I just want to say my overall view of the firm and experience was excellent. I was dealt with a great deal of compassion. They did not hurry me, they listened carefully and explained things fully to me.I felt very confident with Mr Graham Walker in charge of my case. I was proved right as the case was thrown out of court at the trial. I would definitely recommend Mr Walker. Thanks again to all at Roadtrafficlaw.com.
— Diana, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Thank you to all at roadtrafficlaw.com, I couldn't have asked for a better service and result. Neil MacGregor you are a star.
— Eddie, Stonehaven Sheriff Court
I would like to thank Steven Farmer and road traffic law for the brilliant job they did whilst dealing with my cases. Totally professional standards and advice at all times and would be my first port of call in future.
Wow Wow Wow I have had these cases worrying me sleepless for months, one telephone call and a quick visit to the Glasgow Office and I had the first case dismissed without even having to give evidence, just had a call to say the Mobile Case calling tomorrow has also now been dismissed, these cases would have cost me my licence, I can't believe how efficient and smart these guys are, they certainly know the Traffic Law inside out and Back to Front, if you need a Road Traffic Lawyer these are definitely the guys to come to.
— Dawn, Paisley
I had no idea how to proceed with my court summons for speeding until I contacted Roadtrafficlaw.com. I did shop around for other quotes for dealing with my case but no other firm came close to providing me with the personal service that I wanted to proceed with my case.
— Carolyn, Inverness Justice of Peace
Being a freelance driver and part time private hire with 9 points already on my licence, getting caught again was the PITS. Thoughts of loosing my job, no cash, and the forever in house moaning, even put into thinking about emigrating !!
— Richard, Cumbernauld District Court
Roadtrafficlaw were recommended by a family member and I couldn’t have been happier with their professional services. The service was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer to my work colleagues who are also professional drivers. I am grateful to roadtrafficlaw as they managed to have one of the cases against me dropped, which effectively saved my job! Thank you.
I was recommended by a law firm in London. They said that Roadtrafficlaw were the go-to firm for all road traffic matters. I was very happy that they delivered on their promises. They definitely got the job done! They are very good company and very reliable. I will be recommending their services to other in the same situation.
I am grateful to Graham Walker and his team at Roadtrafficlaw for getting a successful outcome. Graham’s attitude and belief that he would be successful provided me with confidence in this firm. All of the staff were courteous, and the fact that they won my case is a bonus!
— John M
Thank you for all your help. My case has taken a long time to come to a conclusion but I am happy I took your advice. I would also like to thank Kirsten Ferguson who took my trial for me as she was very professional. I will have no hesiatation in recomending others to you in the future.
— Iqbal, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
Very pleased with how this firm dealt with my case. I was charged with 76mph in a 50mph and looked like losing my licence.
— Keith, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
I am delighted with the outcome and pleased that common sense prevailed, for once!
— Martin, Glasgow District
Many thanks for your professional help and understanding at a very difficult time. I am sure that things would have been much worse had I not had your assistance. I would be happy to recomend your firm to others in the future for your friendly and highly professional approach.
— Maureen, Kirkaldy
Was left literally "Gobsmacked" when Mr Walker informed me in the waiting area he had convinced the fiscal to drop the case due to a technical issue with the evidence.Only spent 25 mins in court and that was only in the waiting room awaiting trial. What can I say ...Fiscal did not even get a chance to say his piece.
— Mr Ahmed, Speeding
I had 3 points on my licence and was facing a ban when I came to you with this.
— David, Glasgow
When i was charged with ‘Drunk in charge of a vehicle’ I didn’t know what to do or who to contact. Fortunately I’ve known one lawyer for a number of years so contacted him immediately. I explained my situation to which he replied immediately ‘ If there’s anyone that can help you its a personal friend Graham Walker’. Obviously at first i was dubious of such a high recommendation so quickly but it soon became apparent it was the right choice. Living on a small island on the west coast of Scotland isn’t practical at the best of times never mind trying to win a court case with your lawyer, the court and residence all in different places. Having said this Graham and his team weren’t phased by the logistics in the slightest and pressed on with the case straight away to a fantastic standard. One of Grahams juniors Simone travelled to the scene of the incident to photograph the scene, interview witnesses and appreciate the logistics of the offence. Simone couldn’t be faulted in any aspect of the investigation. She went through everything with a fine toothed comb and came across genuinely on my side of the argument and determined to get the best outcome possible.Knowledgeable and professional throughout, Simone is a real credit to Graham and Road traffic law as a company. Graham Walker drove 3 hours to get to court for the case not to go on trial and he didn’t bother in the slightest. Again, the main concern was my case and getting the best possible outcome. The second time he made the 3 hour drive the trial went ahead. It was at this time i witnessed him stand in front of the court room and ‘grab the bull by the horns’ so to speak. With his eloquent manner and calm demeanour it wasn’t long before the fiscal and witnesses were on there back feet wondering what to ask next. This was the theme from the outset and subsequently he won the trial with an impressive portfolio of questions and techniques. Graham,Simone and I’m sure the rest of there colleagues at Road Traffic Law are exceptionally well educated in the given department and couldn’t provide a better service. If anyone has been charged with a road traffic offence theres only one company that will give you the service and confidence to win your case and thats road traffic law. Impeccable service form start to finish.
— Nicol, West Coast Of Scotland
I would just like to say that I was very satisfied with the outcome in my case and would be happy to refer others to your firm. I was found not guilty and kept my licence. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Graham Walker and roadtrafficlaw.com
— Gordon, Paisley
I was recommended by a friend. The overall service was excellent. There is nothing I can fault. I would say the most outstanding aspect of the service was the communication. I always felt fully informed and will definitely recommend their services to others.
Mr Walker did what two other legal adviser's failed to do! After lengthy consultation and advice with two other solicitors they failed to sort this case for me. Mr Walker took a "Late plea to the competency of the charge" *(Late because other advisers failed to take the point) He successfully argued that the point should be debated although this was opposed by the PF but allowed by the court after representations made by Mr Walker. He later attended court and argued that the case should be thrown out....which it was. Delighted with result and happy to recommend Mr Walker's firm to anyone who needs a good road traffic lawyer.
— Maurizio, Coatbridge Justice of the Peace
Professional, friendly,, Informative service was provided from my initial consultation to final satisfactory conclusion. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my case and would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others. The result in my case was that the case was dismissed!
— Norman, Stirling JPC
I highly recommend Roadtrafficlaw.com. I was charged with driving without due care and attention and felt I had been wrongly accused of something I had not done. But I was kept up-to-date with all the work that was being done and in the end I got a very good result - exactly the one I wanted. It really helps to hire a firm with the wealth of experience in this area of the law, and I am very grateful for all your hard work.
— Robert, Perth
Not happy that the police were proved to be liars but nothing happened to them but very happy with the work done by Graham Walker and the team at roadtrafficlaw. Thanks for saving my licence and my business. I have already recommended that others go to you with any road traffic case in Scotland.Great knowledge of the law and real ability in this area.
— Mathew, Dumfries

— Nicolae, Glasgow
I just wan to say thank you for keeping me on the road. It is a massive relief to know that I will not be banned after months of waiting for my trial.
— Chris, Dumbarton Sheriff
I was charged with running a red light. This was detected using a GATSO fixed camera device.I felt my case was handled very competently and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others who face a road traffic conviction. They dealt with my case with the utmost discretion. I found them very sensitive to the concerns we had and the anxiety of myself and my wife. It was clear that Mr Walker was very professional and determined to win my case. Which he did!
— Steven, Glasgow Justice of the Peace
I heard about Roadtrafficlaw online. I would say overall the service was great and I am happy with the outcome. I have offered my thanks to all of the team as this was really value for money!
Further to yesterdays court case I would like to say thank you very, very much for the outcome.
— Bryan, Glasgow JPC
Professional, efficient, friendly and reassuring. I could not have asked for better and I would be happy to recommend that other people instruct your firm. Your knowledge of road traffic law is clearly superior to standard criminal law firms and I would say that it is even superior to the police3 and the Procurator Fiscals.
— Alisdair, Stirling JPC
This firm can be recommended. They are professional and very well informed. We knew we were in good knowledgeable hands from the moment we consulted them. No hesitation in recommending fellow motorists to call upon their skills and knowledge.
— Jack, Glasgow
I was kept briefed of what to expect at all stages of the case you demonstrated a real clarity of purpose and provided me with realistic advice on what to expect the outcome to be. I was entirely satisfied with your service and would ABSOLUTELY recommend you to others.
— Dr S, No Insurance and No UK Licence
Quick, attentive and efficient service (at short notice) which resulted in proceedings being dropped because of a technical defect spotted by Graham Walker. A very good outcome, achieved with minimum fuss and maximum effectiveness. Well worth seeking advice here if you face any motoring-related legal problem.
— GM, Giffnock District
I was glad that I was recommended by a friend because I really am grateful to Roadtrafficlaw for the outcome of my case. They provided the best service for the situation I was in. I was always informed and kept up to date throughout the life of my case. I would definitely recommend your services to others. 5 out of 5!
My current case had dragged on since Jan 15th 2009 until November 9th 2009, when accused I had just had 3 point deducted off my license, but still had 7 points current!
— Mr Bussey, Helensburgh
I was looking at a potential ban after being stopped for speeding but thanks to Miss Ferguson the case was dropped. Top job and will definitely recommend. Thanks again.
— C Smith, Cumbernauld District Court
Thank you for bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. I do not feel that I have in any way "Got one over" on the system but rather that I have been prevented from becoming the victim of an injustice. I shall most definitely recommend you to anyone in need of a road traffic lawyer.
— Kenny, Lanark
Having been wrongly accused of dangerous driving, Kirsty Ferguson managed to negotiate a reduced guilty plea to careless driving which, though still unfair, was more palatable than the higher charge. I thank her for her attention and support, and would recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in such an invidious position.
— Ian, Dumfries
