Testimonials

Where do I start? Over the 15 months and 7 adjournments of my case I have had nothing but the best of advice and attention from Mr Graham Walker and and his staff. On the day of my trial (24/06/2010 ) I was represented by Miss Ferguson of roadtrafficlaw.com and she was quite simply superb in her handling of the not guilty plea and the two police officers who originally charged me with the offence, in fact to the point I actually nearly began to feel sorry for them as she pointed out their mistakes and totally different stories. As for the firm itself, well you just will not get a better company to deal with, great personal service from all levels of staff employed there, professional to the end. Mr Walker I can well see why you were shortlisted for an award and as for Miss Ferguson she is an absolute star. At the end of the proceedings I was as you might have guessed by now found not guilty. Thanks again to all involved.

I came across Roadtrafficlaw on the internet. They provided excellent legal advice and it was a relief to know that my case was being handled by an expert. They won my case and I will happily recommend their services to others.

Failing To Provide A Breath Test

Failing to Provide a Breath Test

Breath Test Machines – Don’t Always Work. If have recently tried to provide a test and the machine failed then contact us immediately. You will have been charged with failing to provide a sample and you stand a very good chance of losing your licence for this unless you are defended properly right from the outset.

Time is of the essence in these cases as we need to do everything we can to secure the evidence before destruction and possible problems for you at the trial.

Provide us with contact details and we will call you at a convenient time. remember that to secure an acquittal in cases of this type you need expert help and you need it fast,

Possible Outcomes of Failing to Provide a Breath Test

Failing to provide a breath sample for analysis is a common charge and one that carries a long disqualification from driving as the most likely outcome. A one way valve is fitted into most EC/IR Intoximeter breath testing devices used in police stations throughout Scotland.

This means that if a simple fitting error occurs you can blow and blow and until the walls of Jericho come tumbling down but the machine will not register your sample.

It is therefore very important if you consider that such a thing has occurred that you contact a specialist road traffic solicitor who will do all that he can to preserve evidence for you and secure your defence.

The alternative is to lose your licence. Often for up to 2 years.

Get a specialist lawyer who will challenge the lack of such evidence and do his best to secure an acquittal for you. For a solicitor who knows how to approach this type of case and the issues that are to be considered when challenging such evidence you really should rely on a specialist law firm.
